Ingredients (Makes 12 bites)
- 1 cup poha (flattened rice)
- 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp green chili paste (optional)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare the Mixture
- Wash the poha in water, drain, and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened poha, mashed potatoes, onions, coriander, chili paste, turmeric, cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, gram flour, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
2. Shape the Bites
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small, round or oval bites.
3. Preheat Air Fryer
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Cook the Poha Bites
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the poha bites in the basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
5. Serve
- Serve hot with green chutney and tamarind sauce.
