Ingredients (Makes 6 breads)
For the Batter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
For the Topping
- 6 large eggs (one for each bread)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Batter
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and one egg. Mix until smooth and combined.
2. Prepare the Molds
- Lightly grease small muffin tins or ramekins that fit into your air fryer.
3. Assemble the Egg Bread
- Pour the batter evenly into each mold, filling about halfway.
- Crack one egg on top of the batter in each mold.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parsley or chives over the top.
4. Preheat Air Fryer
- Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
5. Cook the Egg Bread
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the egg is cooked to your liking.
6. Serve
- Allow the breads to cool slightly before removing from the molds. Serve warm.
