Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1. Prepare the Tomato Sauce
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
- Add bell pepper, cumin, paprika, and chili flakes. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
2. Assemble the Shakshuka Cups
- Divide the tomato sauce evenly among 4 ramekins.
- Make a small well in the center of each ramekin and crack an egg into it.
3. Preheat Air Fryer
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
4. Cook the Shakshuka Cups
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks remain runny.
5. Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley and optional crumbled feta. Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
