 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 1 garlic clove, minced
 - 1 tsp ginger, grated
 - 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water

Instructions:
- Prepare the Tofu:
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
 - Toss the tofu cubes in a bowl with cornstarch and olive oil to coat evenly.
 
 - Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
 
 - Cook the Tofu:
- Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
 - Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
 
 - Make the Teriyaki Sauce:
