  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

  • Tamarind chutney
  • Mint yogurt sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • In a bowl, combine flour, oil, and salt. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
    • Add peas, mashed potatoes, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
    • Stir in cilantro and let the mixture cool.
  3. Assemble the Samosas:
    • Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin oval shape. Cut the oval in half to form two pieces.
    • Shape each half into a cone, fill with the potato mixture, and seal the edges with water.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
  5. Cook the Samosas:
    • Lightly brush the samosas with oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
