- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp flour

Preparation Instructions:

- Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally but not all the way through.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese inside each butterflied chicken breast. Close the chicken and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Prepare the coating:
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Beat the eggs in another shallow dish, and place flour in a third dish.
- Bread the chicken:
