- Push the remaining garlic to one side of the pan. Add the cooked rice and break it up with a spatula. Toss to coat the rice evenly with garlic oil.
- Season the Rice:
- Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add Egg (Optional):
- Push the rice to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the empty space. Scramble the egg until fully cooked, then mix it into the rice.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Transfer the fried rice to a serving plate. Top with crispy garlic, green onions, cilantro, and lime wedges. Serve hot.
