Thai Chicken and Rice (Khao Man Gai):

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken:

    • Remove the chicken from the broth and let it rest. Reserve the broth for the rice and soup.
  2. Prepare the Rice:
    • Heat chicken fat or vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
