Khao Tom (Thai Rice Soup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Stock:

  3. Add Rice and Seasoning:
    • Add the cooked jasmine rice to the pot. Stir well. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, and white pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Taste and Adjust:
    • Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning with more fish sauce or pepper if needed.
  5. Serve:
    • Ladle the soup into bowls. Garnish with fried garlic, green onions, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
